In today's market, we were told you need the expertise of a traditional real estate broker in order to sell your home. Since we had almost a year before we had to sell, we ignored this advice and decided to use Multiple Listing Solutions. What a great deal! Our house was under contract in a little more than 3 weeks and we closed 2 months from the date of our listing. If you do a little research yourself and price your house right, you can sell quickly - even in this market. Anyone who has the ability to show their house themselves is throwing away money by using a traditional brokerage service. We were happy to pay the third party broker their commission for showing the buyer our house but we didn't have to pay a sellers broker a commission to do what we were capable of doing ourselves.

You have a great service that in my opinion will become much more popular as sellers learn about it.

We were extremely pleased and have already recommended you to others.
